(1) Village councils and municipalities may determine the right of way limits of local roads within their area.
(2) The rural municipality and the municipality shall comply with the right of way standards of national and state level roads.
(3) Village councils and municipalities may order the removal or demolition of structures built within the jurisdiction of roads as per sub-section (1) or (2) at any time.
(4) If any person, institution or agency fails to remove or demolish such a structure in accordance with the order given in accordance with sub-section (3), the rural municipality and municipality may remove or demolish such a structure by itself and in this way will charge the expenses of removal or demolition from the concerned person, institution or agency. br> (5) After the commencement of this Act, once the right-of-way of a specified road is changed in accordance with sub-section (1), if someone's land or a structure built on that land falls within the changed jurisdiction, compensation shall be paid when acquiring such land or removing or demolishing a structure within that land. will have to give
